The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) had their annual four day conference at the Sheraton Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California. Through a satisfied past client, they called on us to help with a wide range of Event AV and related services!
Corporate Audio-Visual Services
This event included presentations that required special A/V considerations that included split / dual projection screens, unique audio arrangements such as an 8 person panel that had to be mic’d up and a wide range of differing “powerpoint” presenters requiring multiple interfaces and computers to run them.
We also provided power and charging stations for guests and presenters to utilize for their devices.
Event Lighting & Decor
We helped light things up with general room / decor lighting and stage lighting. The nighttime events and entertainment held in different rooms and venues also required decor lighting. Correct lighting was crucial to ensuring that all of the presentations and signage were visible, and the rooms were lit to set the tone of the event.
The design of the room and AV setup required a pipe & drape of the entire back wall, which also flanked the two projection screens.
Event Marketing Services, Signs & Banners
Like many corporate events and functions, there was a large requirement to have their sponsorship signage, banners and material printed which we helped with. We printed their step and repeat banner, which featured the organization’s name and logo and was used for the welcome party, and as a backdrop to one of the sessions. We also printed and delivered a dozen sponsor signs, and the program flyers and workbooks.
