Wedding DJ Prices

Full Service Wedding Reception Package
$1400 for up to 4 hrs*
This package is ideal for the majority of wedding receptions. It assumes a one hour cocktail segment, one hour dinner segment, followed by two hours of dancing and traditional reception segments for cake cutting, first dance, bouquet and garter toss, etc.  A dance floor lighting system if applicable for your event is included.

Enhance your Event

Full Service Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package
$1800 for up to 6 hrs*
This package is ideal for a wedding ceremony and reception. (ceremony and reception are co-located within same venue/area.) In addition to the Full Service Reception Service above, a second ceremony sound system for the wedding ceremony is provided with wide range of wedding music. Wireless microphones are included for use by the ceremony officiate or the groom.  I'll even assist with the planning of your ceremony but if you already have a dedicated, outside professional wedding coordinator subtract $100.

  • Attend / Coordinate Rehearsal – Recommended if you don’t have a Coordinator. $150 (*Based on availability)

Second Sound System
$150 per Event
A second Pro Audio PA sound system + Custom Music for second area of sound – typical for cocktail hours, additional rooms of music, special shows, etc.

Upgraded Sound System
$200 per Event
All packages come with a professional stage sound systems. In order to ensure a quality sound environment for you and your guests for large parties (>200 people,) it is required to reinforce the sound system with additional components. For parties larger than 400 people, a custom quote must be provided.

Upgraded Dance Floor Lighting System
Starting at $200-1,000 per Event
All packages come with a standard dance floor lighting systems. If you would like enhanced lighting for special effects it is highly recommended that the lighting system be upgraded to include additional fixtures, intelligent club style lighting, etc.

Uplighting Package
$200 per Event
Add elegant and eye-pleasing uplighting to your room or event center.  Lighting shed up walls, columns or spotted onto a specific area will bring a beautiful and stimulating feel to your event - all to make it better!  Standard package comes with 4 fixtures, additional available at $25 each.  See more uplighting information to see how it all works.

Uplighting "PLUS"
Starting at $300 - Final price depends on complexity
Highly customize your uplighting experience by synchronizing lights together and computer programming their effects.

Additional Time
Overtime is always accepted & appreciated and can be either planned in advance to fit your event requirements or simply added as your guests have a great time! (*pending no previous engagements.)

Corporate & Private Party DJ Prices

Corporate or Private Party/MC Package
Starting at $1000 for 4 hrs
This package is ideal for the majority of holiday parties and corporate events.  It assumes about two hours of cocktail hour and dinner segments, followed by two hours of dancing, and MC'ing activities and other related activities. Included is a standard lighting system if applicable for your event.

Outdoor Parties & Picnics
Starting at $600 for 4 hrs
This package is ideal for the majority of outdoor picnics, parties or outdoor public events.  Included are main sound systems, wireless & qty 3 wired microphones (perfect for bands) and MC'ing activities if required for prize giveaways, announcements, etc.


Video Slide Shows

Video Show Production
Beautiful video picture slide show set to music delivered on standard VHS, Video CD or even full-functioning DVD with Titles and Menu systems, w/ transitions, fades & effects.

  • $250  Video Slide Show
          Includes up to 75 pictures, 3 Groups, Titles & Credits, 2 Media Pieces

  • $3 each   Additional Pictures (beyond 75, received in electronic format)

  • $1 each   Scanning Fee (if you supply photograph)

  • $10 each  Additional Media Pieces (Multiple Qty Discounts Available)

Video Projection System (During Wedding or Party*)
A high resolution video projector for your slide show, presentation or other media event. Includes equipment Rental, Setup/Breakdown, Interface with main sound system and Operation during the show.*

  • $250   Hi-Resolution, 2300 Lumens DLP projection system + PC Computer or DVD Player + Operation

  • $75     Ten (10) foot Projection Screen

* These prices are based on displaying the video show during the reception, wedding or party and integrated into my main sound system.

SPECIAL Savings!

Get your fully customized, professional 75-slide Show AND video projection system for $450.  That's $75 off the regular price. 

Video Projection Ala Cart Rentals
These prices are based on showing the video outside of the main event, say at a rehearsal dinner or otherwise. 

  • $250   Hi-Resolution, 2400 Lumens DLP projection system + PC Computer or DVD Player + Operation

  • $75     Ten (10) foot Projection Screen

  • $100   Sound System Rental

  • $50     Delivery Charge (or)

  • $75     Delivery and Setup Charge (or)

  • $100/hr Delivery, Setup and Operation of Equipment.

** I am not required to be in attendance.  A $1,000 refundable deposit is required when renting the equipment outside of my normal DJ services.


Monogram Projection

  • $200  - Monogram Projection - Includes creation of Flash/Dynamic Monogram and  Projection Equipment to display.  All services, setup/breakdown included when in conjunction with DJ Package

Payment

Pro Motion Entertainment takes Money Orders, Checks or Credit Card.  If you are paying by Money Order or Check, please mail payment to my contact address.


* The Fine Print (Well not fine, but nothing secret here)

  • Wedding Prices shown are for most Friday, Saturday and Sunday weddings.
  • Pricing depends on type of function, day of week, time of day, and type of services offered.
  • Holiday and Special weekends generally are priced at a higher rate.
  • Non-Weekend events (Mon-Thur) are generally at a lower rate.
  • Surcharges applicable for travel beyond 30 miles one-way
  • Prices subject to change.
