This form is for upcoming clients wishing to book with us and draft a contract, to ensure we have all of the required information. It is assumed that you have already filled out an Event Inquiry Form to supply us with the details of the event.
NOTE: FILLING OUT ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE?
If you are a Coordinator, Planner or other Person filling out on behalf of someone else, consider what Email Address and/or Information you use. This includes information that will be used in the contract, files and account overall and the primary contact is the the person ultimately responsible which will include the contract, payment(s), etc. The first email address will be used as primary account email address and will be used for all official correspondence and other areas like the online planning system (when applicable). The Auto-Response email that is sent when this form is submitted also goes to this primary email address so plan accordingly.
