Brian & Patti’s Intimate Martin Johnson House, La Jolla Wedding

The Martin Johnson House provides an incredible view of the Pacific

If you’re looking for an example of an intimate wedding celebration with family and friends, this is one to reference.  Brian and Patti held their ceremony & dinner reception at the quaint Martin Johnson House located in the Scripps Institute of Oceanagraphy campus that overlooks the Pacific.  The location, atmosphere and view certainly was to die for!

The ceremony was held on the lower patio which later turned into the dancefloor and also was home to the bar (always a good thing ) Following the ceremony, cocktail hour was held on the outer lawn.  We moved back to the dancefloor that was now cleared of chairs for Brian and Patti to do their first dance before moving to the upper patio for dinner.

Patti & Brian led the charge on the dancefloor until we had to close!

Following an incredibly delicious arrangement of both French and Asian cuisine by Pampelmousse Grill at 3 different food stations, the party moved back down to the lower level for dancing the rest of the night. Uplighting the huge trees and String Lighting over the dancefloor added a special touch!
