Nate & Michelle with Rancho Santa Fe Style

Nate & Michelle nailed it when they wanted something "unique and memorable"

I first met Michelle’s mom and we hit it off right away – booked on the spot and were on our way to planning a unique and memorable wedding for her daughter, Michelle along with her fiance Nate!  I later met with them for our detailed planning meeting, and then did an onsite walkthrough for some further planning.  Michelle said that they wanted absolutely nothing cliche, stuffy and usual and it was delivered perfectly!

During the planning meetings, Nate mentioned over and over that they just wanted to party and have a good time!  Well, it happened! Everything from the serve yourself tacos to the pool side head/guest tables to the magnificent private residence overlooking Rancho Santa Fe made it an event to remember!

Scope of Supply

Additional sound system for Introductions, Dinner Music and Toasts on the lower "pool level".

Events and weddings held at private residences always present circumstances and setups that require additional planning and forethought.  Nate & Michelle’s was unique in that the dinner hour was apart from the “reception” and dancing so an additional sound system was provided so we could have both music and toasts during the introductions, dinner and toasts.  After dinner, we moved the party to the upper level near the house to have dancing, cake cutting and party time.

  • Cocktail Hour / Remote Sound System
  • Separate Sound System (for dinner/toasts)
